Socialist vs Ron Paul for GOP Nomination

The reason the Club for Growth is against Huckabee because Huckabee is a socialist, just as is Guiliani, Romney and McCain.

Thompson is not, but is dead in the water.

The only viable conservative still in the mix is Ron Paul.

Socialist always want to increase and centralize authority for their own purposes whether it is economic, religious/moral or social.

In my opinion, Guiliani is an authoritarian socialist, Romney was a socialist until the start of this campaign, McCain can't figure out what he is and Huckabee is a socialist who also happens to be stridently anti-abortion.

Records do not lie and the campaign rhetoric has only confirmed where the candidates lie in the ideological spectrum.

As Ronald Reagan said, libertarianism is the soul of conservatism.

Jim Cramer agrees with Ron Paul - Put the Clamp on the FED!

Did you see Jim Cramer's interview of Ron Paul? If not you need to see it! Its here!
Only one part of getting this country back on the right track is our monetary policy.

The other tracks are strengthening our military by condensing their responsibility to only fighting just wars and getting out other peoples business. Besides where is Bin Laden? 1 billion dollars for his head would have been alot cheaper than going through Iraq.

Decentralize, decentralize and decentralize, get the federal government octopus out of what should be individual and state responsibilities.

Finally, let the free market be free.

As Ronald Reagan said in his memoirs, "libertarianism is the soul of conservatism." Anything else is socialism by another name.

Ron Paul's Republican War

Alone among GOP candidates, Ron Paul speaks the truth about foreign policy

"If we don't stop extending our troops all around the world in nation-building missions, then we're going to have a serious problem coming down the road."
George W. Bush, Oct. 3, 2000

Many Republicans honestly believe that above all else, our war in Iraq is a necessary and just war and that U.S. presence overseas is crucial to preventing another 9/11. Nothing could be further from the truth. And it is this great divide in opinion on the war that has put Texas Congressman Ron Paul on the map.
